ABOUT
Cindy is a expert in communication, collaborative leadership and transformation of high stakes crises.
Over the years, Cindy has seen and personally experienced the un-sustainability of leadership driven by a non-stop, high-performance mentality that prizes succeeding at all costs.
Cindy has learned that truly effective leadership isn’t about needing to know how to deal with every circumstance, but rather about having the skills and knowledge to create high trust environments. She has seen over and over again that once trust is established and kept alive in a team, solutions to even the most complex problems reveal themselves. The key is to harness everyone’s thinking and knowledge. When a collaborative culture replaces competition, team members are more likely to face problems rather than avoid them, leading to higher performance and personal well-being.
“Establishing a foundation of trust is not important, it is EVERYTHING”
